In registering for the Meeting participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the Congress Secretariat assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.

Travel and visas

Delegates requiring a visa for entry to Romania  are strongly advised to make their application in their home countries at least two months before the intended date to travel. Visa application procedures are easier when the acknowledgement of registration is included.

Letter of invitation

The Congress Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. It should be understood that this letter is only to help delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Applications for a letter of invitation should be received by the Congress Secretariat before 15th of May 2011. As the embassies in foreign countries only accept original letters, the Congress Secretariat will NOT be able to send you a letter of invitation by fax or e-mail. Please take this into consideration. Refunds cannot be made if visa applications are not granted.
